Tuition Refund Policy:
We understand change happens, please discuss multiple solutions with the principal when it occurs.
We do the best to support you.

Late fee:
Tuition must be paid in full before the 4th week, otherwise there is a 10% late fee

当发生需要退款的情况时，请与我们的校长联系，我们会尽量满足您的需求。

迟交学费：
学费必须在第四周前全部付清，否则处以10%的罚款

For payments, our preferred method is Zelle: huaxingcs@gmail.com.
Please determine your total based on your selected classes.

When making a payment via Zelle, remember to include the student’s name (in both Chinese and English),
parents’ name, grade level, textbook level, and extracurricular activity names.

If Zelle isn’t an option, you can send checks addressed to
CAACPA, 4424 Innovation Dr, Fort Collins, CO, 80525 （CEC High School）
Make checks payable to CAACPA.

For the initial three weeks of school, we will be on hand to collect checks.
Alternatively, you can post them to the aforementioned address.

如果只是书本费，请注明书本是第几册。
