Thank you for your interest in Huaxing Chinese School! To help us plan classes, assign teachers, and reserve classroom space, we encourage all families to complete registration as early as possible. 感谢您对华星中文学校的支持!为了方便学校安排教师、教室及课程设置,请家长尽早完成注册。您的注册信息将帮助学校更准确地规划课程及教学资源。
Important Notes | 重要说明
• Registration helps the school plan class sizes, assign teachers, reserve classroom space, and order textbooks and instructional materials. Families are encouraged to register as early as possible. 提前注册有助于学校统计班级人数、安排教师、预订教室,以及预订教材和教学资料。欢迎家长尽早完成注册。
• Classes will be offered based on enrollment demand and instructor availability. Classes with fewer than five enrolled students may be combined, adjusted, or canceled. Families will be notified in advance if changes are necessary. 课程开设将根据报名人数及教师安排情况确定。部分课程如报名人数少于5人,学校可能调整课程安排、合班或取消开课,并提前通知家长。
• Some popular classes may have limited enrollment and may close once capacity is reached. Class placement and enrollment priority may be based on the order in which registrations are received. 部分热门课程名额有限,满额后可能提前停止招生。学校可能根据注册先后顺序安排班级及保留课程名额。
• Registration also helps the school order Chinese textbooks and learning materials. Students who do not register in advance may not be guaranteed immediate access to textbooks if supplies are limited. 提前注册有助于学校预订中文教材及教学资料。对于未提前注册的学生,如教材数量有限,学校可能无法保证及时提供教材。
• Tuition must be paid no later than the second class session of the academic year. 学费最迟须于学年第二次上课前完成缴纳。
How to Register | 填表方式
Each student must submit a separate registration form. For example, if Li Lei, his daughter, and his son are all enrolling in classes, three separate registration forms must be submitted. 每位学生需单独填写一份报名表。例如:李雷报课、李雷女儿报课、李雷儿子报课,需分别填写三个报名表单。
Registration Policy | 报名政策
Registration for the 2026–2027 academic year covers both the Fall and Spring semesters and is completed once for the entire school year. If a family relocates, experiences other reasonable circumstances, or if a class is canceled due to instructor availability, students may withdraw and receive a prorated refund. 2026–2027学年报名继续采取“一年一报”制度(秋季、春季学期一起报名)。如因搬家或其他合理原因,或因教师个人原因导致课程无法继续进行,学校将根据实际情况办理退课及退款。
Tuition Payment | 学费缴纳
After completing online registration, families are responsible for calculating their tuition and textbook fees based on the selected classes. 网上报名后,请家长根据所选课程自行计算学费及书本费。
